What we do
We build, structure and operate companies — and advise selected partners on how to do the same. Our work spans business consulting, company structuring, software development, manufacturing coordination and growth infrastructure.
Each engagement is handled with the discretion of a private firm and the rigour of an operating company.
How we are organised
The group runs as a set of focused divisions and ventures, each on its own cadence but under shared standards and a common operating discipline. Current divisions include MB Labs (manufacturing), BuildMyApp (software), Elevra (growth), Biolyze (healthcare AI), Sokommerce (e-commerce) and A&K TECHPARTS (electronic components).
This structure lets each brand keep its own identity and market focus while drawing on shared infrastructure, standards and oversight.
Leadership
A&K Worldwide Enterprises is founder-led and run by a small senior operating team. Decisions are made close to the work, and every mandate is treated as an operating problem to be solved, not a document to be filed.
The group values discretion; many engagements are conducted under NDA.
